The hotel exceeded my expectations with spacious and spotless rooms, featuring a comfy bed, making it the best place to stay in Chiangmai. However, the rooms may appear smaller than shown in the pictures. The service was top-notch, providing exceptional hospitality despite a mild issue. The location was superb, right in front of Nimman shopping mall, and ideal for travelers with their own vehicle. The dining experience offered a variety of delicious local options, although some dishes were too rich. The facilities were fantastic, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. Although the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained by housekeeping daily, the layout was a bit odd, and the lack of soundproofing was noticeable. On the positive side, the hotel's location was superb, near the Maya Shopping Centre, and within walking distance of local shops and restaurants.
